Order Processing Delivery Method and Timing
Any shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and viewable at checkout. After an order has been received in our system, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship. Typical shipping times may vary from 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.
*AK and HI will incur additional time for delivery and an additional shipping cost. This does not include any potential delays due to inclement weather, holidays, or world disasters, which can cause shipping disruption and delay delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for customer error due to incorrect shipping address information. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the continental U.S. We do ship to all USA States; we DO NOT ship to Canada, Virgin Island, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship to any destination where these products may be legally restricted or prohibited.

RETURNS & REFUNDS INFORMATION
We want you to feel confident with your purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to: [email protected]. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photographic proof of the claimed damage.
